Ok, I know it is a bit too much to post up 2 posts for one day but actually the previous post is typed few days ago..
So today, I decided to call up the company for the last time, asking why the internet is not working (it is not compatible with my housephone line at home) and if things can’t be solve fast, then I’ll unsubscribe it!
me : Why is my internet still not working?
them : I’ll connect you to the engineer.
me : (waited….)
them : Hello..
me : The dsl light on my modem keep on blinking and I can’t access to the internet.
them : Wait, let me check your account (see whether I got top up or not konon..)
me : I called 2 days ago and you said you will call somebody to come fix it but nothing happens.
them : We promise that we will fix it in 10 days.
me : 10 days? What am I going to do without internet in 10 days?
them : …….
me : Ok, how do I unsubscribe this service and can I get a refund.
them : You can do it. You still have 1350rub in your account.
them : Please bring the contract and photocopy of you passport and write a notice for a refund.
me : Errr.. How long will the refund takes usually?
them : Around 2 months.
me : ……. (Gasp! Grrrr.. What the HELLLLL!!!!$#%^#&%*)
me : (Hang up)…
Of course the conversation was in Russian. And after I hung up the phone I seriously feel like cursing.. 10 DAYS???? 2 MONTHS???? What the hell is that!!!!
???????? ??? ???????? my ass.. (in English means internet without hindrance) Whenever you see this logo please take a pen and vandalize it. Grrr…
