my long journey home
Posted by peanut on Saturday Jul 5, 2008 Under blogin, food log, movie reviews, travelWell, it wasn’t a very good condition for me to blog actually. First of all, when I reached home, something is wrong with the connection for some time already. I need to change the modem (buy a new PCI modem), buy the Jaring reload card and try to wait for the top up page to load, which is bloody LONG! My internet speed now goes like 3kbps only. Sigh~ Now my speed can only enable me to load ONE page at a time and I can’t even update the old MSN messenger to the new one. SIGH…
Anyway, would like to blog about the ‘feast’ that my housemates and I had using out left over food.
Here you go, we had some fish cooked in tomato sauce, potatoes with chicken, long beans with eggs and some mix vege. Everything is fresh or semi-fresh. LOL.
Claire and I left in the morning at 9am to the airport. Our luggages are limited to 20kg per person. It is really troublesome!
Reached Moscow with a lot of bags! Meet Madhu there and happily took her number so that I can call her up when I’m in Chennai during August. Hehe..
I had some 3 hours wait until the next flight from Moscow to Bangkok, it is quite fast actually, we just sit around, played some cards and talk some craps and it is time to say bye bye to some of the friends, who are taking Emirates and SIA.
Reached Thailand, can almost smell home. Haha. I watched Gandhi on the plane. LOL! It is so touching! Haha, there are few parts that even I felt like crying. Highly recommended! Maybe I watched it more attentively because I’m interested with the history. Well, I’m going there soon and it is always good to know more about the man behind this country.
Couldn’t really sleep on the plane. By the time I landed, it is already more than 24 hours without sleep.
To be continue..
